Our website allows you to design a garment for your group of team and have the group member pay individually. Group organisers can finally say goodbye to hectic excel spreadsheets, chasing group members for payments and stumping up the cost up front!

Using the Online Designer

I need some help with creating my design and uploading artwork to the online designer. Can anyone help me?

- We are happy to help with any issues you encounter when creating your design on our online designer. Just email us at [email protected] with details of your issue and we will help get your campaign up and running!

 

Where can I find detailed size and fit information for the shirt I wish to purchase?

- Simply click on the ‘Product info and sizing' link (which can be found alongside the product name on most pages on our site). Here you will find full details about the product, including size measurements, fabric quality, and other relevant information.

Creating a Group Order Page

I don’t fully understand how CustomKing works.

Is there a charge for using the CustomKing platform?

- No, it is completely free.

 

How can I create a new campaign?

- It’s easy. Just go to the bottom of this page, click the ‘Get Started’ button and follow the steps. If you have any questions, feel free to email us at [email protected]

 

I would like to use the CustomKing platform but I want to sell at cost price. Can I do this?

- Yes, you can. There is an option you can select when setting up your campaign that will allow you to do this.

 

What happens if my campaign is not successful?

- In this case, your order will not be produced and you will not be charged. All of our products are produced to the highest quality. In order to maintain such quality standards for each and every design we produce, we need a minimum number to keep our prices down for our customers.

 

What is the best way to promote my campaign?

- Sharing your campaign through your social media networks is the most effective way of promotion. Using paid advertising on these platforms can also be an effective way of reaching potential customers. You can also directly email friends and family and let them know about your campaign so they can help spread the word!

 

How are orders delivered to my buyers?

- When you are setting up your campaign, you get to choose your preferred shipping option. You can have each purchase drop-shipped to each individual buyer, or you can have all purchases delivered directly to you for distribution (this would work for college classes, sports teams etc.).

 

How and when will I receive the proceeds from my campaign?

- If your campaign is successful, you will receive an email from CustomKing detailing options for receiving payment. Further questions about payouts can be sent to [email protected]

 

For Buyers

I have placed my order but I would like to change it. Is this possible?

- You can make a change to your order as long as the deadline date for the campaign has not passed. If you wish to do this, send us an email at [email protected] If the deadline date has passed, it is not possible to make changes to your order.

 

I’m not sure if my order went through. How can I check?

- If your order has been successfully placed, you will receive a email receipt confirming this. If you have not received this email (or if you are otherwise unsure that your order has gone through) you can email us at [email protected] and we will be happy to check for you.

 

What happens if my order’s campaign is not successful?

- In this case, your order will not be produced and you will not be charged. All of our products are produced to the highest quality. In order to maintain such quality standards for each and every design we produce, we need a minimum number to keep our prices down for our customers.

 

How long will it take to receive my garment?

- Your garment will arrive within 10 working days of the order’s closing date. However, if your delivery is outside the Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland it may take slightly longer.

 

How and when am I charged for my order?

- You will only be charged if your order has reached its target quantity by its deadline date. If this is not the case, your card will not be charged. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners Stripe using a 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption.
